  Alex is a rip off. If Alex or anyone in his office does your taxes. Make sure you look at the real receipt make sure that your number matches the IRS number. I was going to Alex for 3 years each year my taxes was the same $5,000. In 2016 I did my own taxes which is really easy you can download the software and it take you through it step by step. I got $8,000 back. During the time that Alex was doing my taxes he was stealing $3,000 from me every year. I just want everyone to be aware so that he won't do that to anyone else. The papers that you signed is giving him permission to take your money from you. Beware of him and his company he is not trustworthy and I did call the Better Business Bureau to inform them of what he's doing.
